Why year-round protection matters in the tropics.
The single thing that sets Cairns apart is that pests never get a winter knock-back. Cockroaches, ants and mosquitoes breed continuously, the wet season drives rodents indoors, and termites — both Coptotermes and the giant northern Mastotermes — stay active all year. A one-off treatment clears what is there now but gets re-colonised within weeks, which is why most homes and every commercial site do best on a recurring plan. All our work is carried out by a licensed Queensland Pest Management Technician using APVMA-registered products, and our termite work follows AS 3660.
